2008-2009 Events- NEW STORE OPENING
In November, we opened a new store in the Royal Westmoreland Golf resort club house, and re opened the Barbados cruise terminal store. This store is a bigger and more spacious (3,000 sq. ft.)
- Barbados has an ongoing collaboration with the Sandy Lane resort in order to raise funds for Sandy Lane Charitable trust.
- In March 2007, the Early Stimulation Centre and Sunshine Village was officially opened in Barbados, by Prime Minister, The Rt. Hon. Owen Arthur. The Sunshine Village is a complex which consists of seven purpose built treatment centers, each dedicated to a different children’s charity. These include therapy facilities for physically challenged children, teaching facilities for mentally challenged children and hospice facilities for children with cancer.
- Diamonds International is also active in the collaboration with Verdun House, a project of the Substance Abuse Foundation.
- Diamonds International, together with the Sandy Lane resort, hosted a charity golf event. All profits go to the Rotary West Charity. All of the funds raised from the golf tournaments go towards
- Refurbishing the pediatric ward
- Developing self funding scholarships
- Help in building the dialysis unit
- Refurbishing the intensive care unit.

Coming Events- Every year, Diamonds International sponsors the Barbados polo club matches. The polo matches are co sponsored by Breitling, Piaget and Bvlgari.
